Defrost and thaw your Zamaze Shiitake Chicken in refrigerator overnight or on countertop at room temperature.
Gently brown Zamaze Chicken in a lightly oiled skillet or non-stick pan. Warm and brown over medium heat to your liking — approximately three minutes should be plenty.
