Defrost and thaw your Zamaze Shiitake Beef in refrigerator overnight or on countertop at room temperature.
Gently brown Zamaze Shiitake Beef over medium heat in a lightly oiled skillet or non-stick pan. Cook until Shiitake Beef is browned and warmed to your liking — approximately three minutes should be plenty!
