ZAMAZE Bacon

Directions

Defrost and thaw your Zamaze Shiitake Bacon in refrigerator overnight or on countertop at room temperature.

Gently brown Zamaze Shiitake Bacon over medium heat in a lightly oiled skillet or non-stick pan until Shiitake Bacon is browned and warmed to you liking. Approximately three minutes should be plenty!

Put on top of a salad or in a sandwich. Also great in a stir fry or with your favorite veggies and sauces. Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
